Information on this site is general

Everything published on this site is general information about coaching. It is not personal advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological treatment, and nothing on this site is a substitute for any of them. If you are dealing with a mental health condition, or you are in crisis, please speak to your GP, a qualified therapist, or a crisis service.

Reading this site does not create a coaching relationship. That begins only when a session is arranged and agreed.
