The Empowered Life Programme
Twelve weeks to a life you're actually running.
How the twelve weeks run
Three months, three phases. Each one builds on the last.
1
Month one - Foundation and exploration
Getting clear
Weeks 1-2
Building rapport and trust, and properly understanding your needs, your goals, and what's actually in the way.
We define what success looks like for you specifically, work through self-assessment tools to map where you are across every area of your life, and explore your values and strengths — because goals built against your values fail, every time.
Setting the target
Weeks 3-4
Turning vague ambitions into SMART goals, then breaking them into steps you can start on Monday.
Goal-setting exercises, brainstorming strategies and solutions, and a first honest look at the routines and habits you already have.
2
Month two — Action and implementation
Building the habits
Weeks 5-6
Introducing new routines, and finding your keystone habits — the one or two that pull everything else along with them.
We start deliberately small. The aim is consistent and permanent, not impressive and temporary.
Making it stick
Weeks 7–8
Maintaining momentum when the novelty wears off — which is where most attempts at change quietly die.
We cement the progress, set up tracking, build your accountability plan, and work through the challenges that have shown up, adjusting the approach where it needs adjusting.
3
Month three — Consolidation and transition
Reviewing the ground covered
Weeks 9-10
Evaluating what's been achieved and identifying where you want to keep growing.
Structured self-reflection, identifying your personal growth strategies, and genuinely celebrating what you've achieved
— most people skip this, and it matters more than they think.
Getting clear
Weeks 11-12
Evaluating what's been achieved and identifying where you want to keep growing.
Structured self-reflection, identifying your personal growth strategies, and genuinely celebrating what you've achieved — most people skip this, and it matters more than they think.
What you'll walk away with
A workable habits and routine framework by the end of month three — simple enough that you'll actually follow it.
An accountability structure that keeps you focused on what you said mattered.
Effective systems — repeatable processes that deliver consistent results without relying on motivation.
Clarity on your goals — specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound.
Focus on what truly matters — your energy pointed at the 20% of actions driving 80% of your results.
Stronger habits and routines — what moves you forward reinforced, what holds you back removed.
The thinking behind it
SMART goals
Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound. It sounds like a management poster, but the reason it survives is that vague goals are unachievable by definition. If you can't tell whether you've done it, you'll never do it.
The 80/20 principle
Roughly 80% of your results come from 20% of your actions. Most people are exhausted because they're working hard across the whole 100%. We find your 20% and build the plan around protecting it.
Systems over willpower
A system is a step-by-step, repeatable process designed to deliver a consistent result. Willpower is a finite resource that runs out on a bad Tuesday. We build systems so the right action is the default, not the effort.
